Jan Jonker Afrikaner, (|Haramumab or |Hoa-|arab; 1820-1889), last captain of the Orlam Afrikaners (|Aixa|aen). During the 19th century the Afrikaners, who originated from the Tulbagh district in South Africa, was the most influential of all the Orlam groups. Jan Jonker Afrikaner was shot by his own son, Phanuel, in front of Hendrik Witbooi.
